Launch gmail account on desktop.
Click settings on the upper right corner of the page.
On the list of tabs select Accounts and import
Under that tab you will see Add another email account.
Enter the Name and email address
Server is : ask hosting company for details
or use mail.yourcompanydomainname.com
Port is usually 993 for incoming (ask hosting company if this doesn't work)
465 for outgoing (ask hosting company if this doesn't work)
Full email as username
After this you can send and receive official emails with your gmail.
